System requirements

  • macOS: 12.0 (Monterey) or later
  • Linux: Ubuntu 20.04+, Fedora 35+, or equivalent
  • Storage: ~150 MB for the app, additional space for AI models if using Pro+AI
  • AI features: 8 GB RAM minimum (16 GB recommended for larger models)

Installation

macOS

  1. Download the .dmg file for your chip type
  2. Open the .dmg and drag sight·line to Applications
  3. On first launch: right-click → Open (Apple notarization prompt)

Linux

  1. Download the .AppImage file
  2. Make it executable: chmod +x sightline*.AppImage
  3. Run it: ./sightline*.AppImage
